"Grenade" camera to aid troops
I-Ball model can be thrown ahead to see into hostile areas

A new camera, nicknamed the "grenade" model, could have a huge impact on the battlefield for British troops.
The I-Ball camera (see what they've done there?) is designed to allows troops to see into hostile areas without putting lives at risk.
It is claimed to be robust enough to survive being thrown onto a battlefield, says the Beeb, and then will send back a 360 degree view of its surroundings.
The I-Ball is being developed by Scotland-based firm Dreampact but came about as part of the Ministry of Defence's (MoD) Competition of Ideas in 2007.
It can be fired from a grenade launcher - or manually thrown into a room and sends pictures back from the minute it is launched.
