Canon website banner says to "stay tuned" for EOS news
Promises we'll "see the future of photography"

Canon's website has just been updated with a scrolling banner that features three messages.
It says "The EOS story continues... See the future of photography... Stay tuned..."
Canon confirmed the EOS 50D a few weeks ago after numerous internet leaks meant we had the full spec days before the announcement anyway.
Does this mean we can expect a release date to be announced shortly? Guess we'll have to "stay tuned"...
